Technical Support Representative - Heating Technology (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative - Heating Technology to join our dynamic team at Foundever. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in heating technology while providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist service technicians and customers with your specialized knowledge, all without the need for heavy lifting or dirty work.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer calls and address inquiries related to the maintenance and servicing of heating systems and heat pumps.
• Support on-site teams with remote assistance and answer their questions effectively.
• Provide technical advice on gas boilers, heating systems, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

Requirements

• Completed training as a heating mechanic, HVAC installer, or a related field.
• Experience in heating technology and customer service.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service.

Nice to Have

• Experience in remote technical support.
• Knowledge of heating systems and gas boilers.
• Previous customer service experience in a technical field.
