Remote Product Director - Cryptocurrency Card Solutions

About the Role

As a Remote Product Director at Crypto.com, you will lead the end-to-end management of our card products, driving innovation and revenue growth in the cryptocurrency space. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, risk management, and technology, to ensure the success of our card offerings.

What You'll Do

• Identify the best strategies for launching card products in new countries, managing the process from start to finish.
• Design and implement achievable timelines for product delivery to market.
• Enhance relationships with business partners and vendors, including card schemes and issuers, to negotiate optimal solutions and commercial agreements.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our card products and execute enhancements to improve market penetration and profitability.
• Lead cross-regional and cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Stay informed on current trends, competitors, and developments in both the cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the financial services sector focusing on card products.
• Strong understanding of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful card products that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is a plus.
