About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our digital banking products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
