About the Role
Skylo Technologies is seeking a Remote Principal Network Integration Engineer to lead the integration of cutting-edge satellite connectivity solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our satellite services are accessible to all, enhancing connectivity for smartphones and IoT devices globally.
What You'll Do
- Lead the logical integration of multi-vendor network elements (RAN, Core, HSS) across on-premises and cloud-native infrastructures.
- Validate satellite-specific configurations (ephemeris data, beam planning, frequency mapping) with partners to ensure reliable link performance.
- Collaborate with Network Design and Cloud Application teams to define architectural best practices for seamless integration.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure resilient, high-performance satellite network operations from design through live deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network integration, with a focus on satellite and telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of 4G/5G network elements and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with automation frameworks and network performance optimization.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) technologies.
- Familiarity with satellite communication protocols.
- Knowledge of IoT connectivity solutions.
