About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Build the planning and execution systems that let Neo safely perform multi-step infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and more.
  • Design tool interfaces that give the agent semantic understanding of cloud resources and access to engineering workflows.
  • Develop the context systems that help Neo understand each customer's infrastructure patterns and usage.
  • Create the feedback loops and self-correction mechanisms that make autonomous operations reliable and efficient.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Neo into existing workflows and enhance its capabilities.
  • Lead the development of innovative solutions that leverage infrastructure-as-code to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles and tools.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex systems and architectures.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex engineering problems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Previous experience in a remote-first work environment.
