What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize ATS systems and AI recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications for various healthcare roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems, such as Lever ATS or Greenhouse.
• Experience with federal government contracting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
