• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather feedback and improve learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven learning solutions, including custom GPTs and LLMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning environments.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for creating clear and concise instructional content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with AI implementation in educational contexts is a plus.
