What You'll Do
- Own and manage multiple concurrent customer onboardings in a high-volume environment.
- Balance 1:1 training with scalable, group-based enablement to ensure effective onboarding.
- Guide customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they understand how to leverage Roofr's CRM effectively.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process based on customer feedback and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and address customer needs.
- Monitor customer progress and provide ongoing support to drive product adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
