About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at InfStones, a leading provider of blockchain infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving user growth and engagement across various digital platforms. As a Remote Growth Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Product, Business, and Sales teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our community.

What You'll Do

• Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across our social media platforms, including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Monitor industry trends and developments on social media to keep our strategies relevant and effective.
• Track user interests and feedback to generate demand and improve our offerings.
• Create highly engaging, performance-driven social media content that captures the attention of our audience.
• Recruit and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns, including reward-based and co-marketing initiatives.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment within our online community.
• Provide customer support by effectively handling community queries and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3+) years of growth marketing experience, preferably in a Web3 or blockchain startup environment.
• Hands-on experience in designing persuasive and conversion-oriented marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Proven track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within 24 hours.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics, including tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Knowledge of video marketing techniques.
• Previous experience in community management.
