About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Remote Executive Assistant to support our restaurant operations and vendor management. This role exists to alleviate the client’s time constraints by providing proactive, organized, and detail-oriented support across vendor communication, digital presence management, and project assistance. As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding invoices, payments, and service updates.
What You'll Do
- Update restaurant menus, hours, and promotions on various platforms.
- Organize and respond to high volumes of emails and text messages.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis.
- Work with web developers to update digital storefronts and maintain CRM systems.
- Manage vendor communication effectively and ensure timely responses.
