About the Role

Parachute Health is seeking a Remote Director of Sales to lead our innovative sales team in transforming post-acute care. As a Remote Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Home Medical Equipment (HME) SaaS revenue engine, ensuring that millions of patients receive essential medical supplies swiftly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the HME sales strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals across new business, account management, and hybrid roles.
• Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the team to drive success.
• Drive a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Strategic Partnerships to deliver predictable growth and shorten sales cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, particularly in SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of the Home Medical Equipment (HME) industry and its dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
