What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries related to the Greenlight card and mobile application.
• Actively listen to customers to confirm and clarify information, helping to diffuse potential escalations.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and relay product feedback to the product and engineering teams.
• Utilize internal tools and software to navigate customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage in continuous training to expand your knowledge of Greenlight’s products and services.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and effective communication.
• Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily productivity goals effectively.
• Passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction after every interaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fintech or tech environment.
• Familiarity with financial products and services.
