About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Greenlight Financial Technology. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries related to the Greenlight card and mobile application.
- Actively listen to customers to confirm and clarify information, helping to diffuse potential escalations.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and relay product feedback to the product and engineering teams.
- Utilize internal tools and software to navigate customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage in continuous training to expand your knowledge of Greenlight’s products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and effective communication.
- Proficiency with CRM software and strong typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage daily productivity goals effectively.
- Passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction after every interaction.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fintech or tech environment.
- Familiarity with financial products and services.
