About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Strategic Finance Operations to join our team at Herbal Goodness. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial planning and operations within a dynamic and growing organization. You will partner closely with the CFO and executive team to drive growth and operational efficiency in a mission-driven culture.

What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting and strategic financial planning processes.
• Develop financial models for growth initiatives and product launches.
• Manage cash flow forecasting frameworks.
• Deliver management-ready financial reporting to executives.
• Oversee ERP and inventory systems optimization.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP / IFRS standards.
• Act as a strategic partner to various departments.
• Drive continuous improvement in working capital efficiency.
• Mentor financial analysts and elevate financial literacy.
• Work in a mission-driven culture supporting female education.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A background in multi-entity environments.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise.
• MBA preferred; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in scaling companies.
• Proficient in ERP systems like ERPNext, QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
