About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Consultant specializing in Conflict Analysis and Conflict Sensitivity to join our team. What You'll Do

- Utilize data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, R/RStudio, and Power BI to inform decision-making.
- Engage in capacity-building initiatives to strengthen local partners' abilities in conflict analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conflict analysis and sensitivity, preferably in a humanitarian context.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with ACAPS methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in public sector projects related to gender equality and policy analysis.
- Knowledge of advocacy strategies in humanitarian settings.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
