What You'll Do

  • Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in community management, customer service, or social media.
  • A passion for books and an understanding of bookish communities.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to connect with our diverse audience.
  • Experience in crafting creative and strategic initiatives that drive engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and bring solutions to challenges.
