About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Data Manager to join Pfizer's innovative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting healthcare decisions that ensure the safe and effective use of medications. Your expertise will help bridge data gaps and improve patient care and treatment efficacy.

What You'll Do

• Manage moderately complex projects, ensuring timely completion and developing short-term work plans.
• Oversee Data Monitoring and Management (DMM) activities for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to ensure operational excellence and apply standards while developing data cleaning reports.
• Maintain high standards across all DMM deliverables, ensuring data quality and completeness as specified in the Data Management Plan.
• Document and share lessons learned during studies to promote cross-study learning.
• Build strong relationships with local and global subject matter experts (SMEs) to leverage their expertise in systems and processes.
• Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to enhance data management processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data management processes and principles.
• Proficiency in web-based data management systems.
• Working knowledge of electronic document management systems.
• Familiarity with the International Conference on Harmonization, particularly Good Clinical Practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in using data visualization tools.
• Experience with commercial clinical data management systems and/or EDC products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
