Remote Cell Therapy Account Management Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Cell Therapy Account Management Associate to join our team at Iovance Biotherapeutics. This role is pivotal in driving the demand for our innovative cell therapy treatment, Amtagvi™, specifically designed for advanced melanoma. As a Remote Cell Therapy Account Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing a referral network between community practices and academic centers, enabling early patient identification and streamlining referral pathways.

What You'll Do

• Drive demand for Amtagvi™ and ensure appropriate pull-through at targeted authorized treatment centers (ATCs).
• Act as a liaison between community oncology practices and internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business and medical objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Iovance iPOD at authorized treatment centers offering commercially available Amtagvi™.
• Develop and onboard a new TIL service line at target ATCs.
• Educate site personnel on clinical and product information for Amtagvi™.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge about Iovance products and processes to all service line customer stakeholders.
• Work with ATC Operations to ensure Iovance Cell Therapy logistics, processes, and operations are efficient.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance relationships with community practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience in account management, particularly within the oncology rare disease space.
• Strong ability to influence others and perform referral and education activities.
• Proven track record of building awareness and relationships within the healthcare sector.
• Understanding of account management and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of immunotherapy and solid tumor cancer.
• Ability to launch, drive demand, and sustain growth for Amtagvi™.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cell therapy or related biopharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with healthcare logistics and operations.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
