About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral analysis and support to clients, utilizing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families by developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians and other staff.
  • Utilize data analysis to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Foster a supportive and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in providing ABA services and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
  • Experience in clinical supervision is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and other relevant software.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in administrative support or customer service.
  • Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of graphing procedures and ABA techniques.
