What You'll Do

  • Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions tailored to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ROI maximization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business transformation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Stay updated on the latest AWS services and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an AWS Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration and AI technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in AWS and Salesforce.
  • Experience with conversational AI and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with Agentforce and its applications.
