About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Associate Director of Adobe Target to join our innovative team at Bounteous. This role is pivotal in establishing and operating an enterprise experimentation Center of Excellence (COE) that empowers ecommerce and digital teams to independently design, launch, and scale experimentation and personalization programs. As a key player in our digital transformation consultancy, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Target to enhance customer engagement and drive business success.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the platform owner for Adobe Target, providing frameworks and guardrails for teams to operate effectively.
  • Define and maintain the Adobe Target operating model, governance framework, and standards.
  • Establish best practices for activity setup, audiences, offers, workspaces, and permissions.
  • Provide internal consulting and enablement to ecommerce and digital teams on KPI selection, experiment feasibility, and prioritization.
  • Ensure experiments meet statistical rigor and measurement standards, guiding teams on decision-making and next steps.
  • Develop and deliver role-based Adobe Target training, creating self-service documentation and best-practice guides.
  • Monitor the health of the experimentation program, identifying opportunities for optimization over time.
  • Support the adoption of Adobe Target Premium capabilities, including AI-driven optimization use cases.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital optimization, experimentation, or personalization.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Target (Standard and/or Premium).
  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, experiment design, and statistical concepts.
  • Ability to consult, influence, and enable cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Adobe Target certification(s).
  • Experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and omni-channel campaign management platforms.
  • Familiarity with experimentation program maturity models.
