What You'll Do

• Comprehensive building management: You will take care of the technical and infrastructural support, ensuring the smooth operation and development of our properties.
• Technical & infrastructural services: From technical maintenance to coordinating cleaning and landscaping services – you know how to guarantee quality and optimize services.
• Contract and cost management: You will oversee service contracts, plan budgets, control costs, and identify savings potentials. Efficiency is your top priority!
• Compliance and operator responsibility: You will always keep an eye on compliance with legal requirements and internal standards in facility management.
• Communication & interface: You will act as the central contact person for building users, asset management, and external partners – always with a clear overview and an open ear.
• Development and optimization: You will independently identify and analyze measures to improve quality and costs and successfully implement them.
• Energy & sustainability management: The efficient and sustainable operation of our properties is your top priority.
• Reporting and documentation: Transparent, thorough, and future-oriented – you ensure complete documentation and clear reports.

Requirements

• Experience in facility management: You have several years of relevant professional experience in technical and infrastructural building management, ideally in regional responsibility.
• Knowledge in contract & cost management: You are confident in dealing with budgets, tenders, and service provider management.
• Responsibility: A clear view of operator obligations, legal requirements, and quality assurance characterizes you.
• Communication skills: You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital understanding: You are proficient in using common CAFM systems and have an interest in topics such as energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Independent, structured working style: Your proactive and solution-oriented working style, along with your hands-on mentality, rounds off your profile.
