What You'll Do

• Work as an individual, diagnosing and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems.
• Be part of a regional service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate directly with our customers whilst on site, providing exceptional customer service.
• Update jobs and customer portals through your PDA to maintain accurate records.
• Engage in a variety of activities focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the same or a similar role.
• Current F-gas qualification is mandatory.
• A flexible approach to working hours, covering standby and occasional out-of-hours work.
• Willingness to travel to work at various client premises.
• Strong engineering background with excellent analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-compressor CO2 packs and integral hydrocarbon cases.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of the latest refrigeration technologies.
