What You'll Do

• Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well-equipped for service.
• Action any tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager.
• Bring positivity and motivation to the team, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere.
• Undertake regular training and strive for self-improvement.
• Display a smart and professional appearance, representing Trading Post Coffee Roasters positively.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.
• Ability to use initiative to problem-solve and work well under pressure.
• Dedicated team player with an 'all in this together' attitude.
• Effective communicator and listener to instructions.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
