About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Redis/Valkey Contributing Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and optimization of Redis and Valkey systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and team members.
• Engage in performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Redis and Valkey.
• Strong proficiency in C and Rust programming languages.
• Experience with cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of database administration and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MongoDB and SQL Server Data Tools.
• Experience in technical team management.
