About the Role

We're hiring a Receptionist to join SC Fitness, the largest fitness operator in Portugal, with over 100 clubs under the Solinca and Element brands. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our members. This position is remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent in-person and telephone support to members.
• Handle administrative processes efficiently.
• Promote the sale of supplements and sports equipment.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform daily cash closure and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Minimum education level of high school diploma (12th grade).
• Basic computer skills and user-level knowledge.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and stay organized.
• Team spirit and interest in the fitness industry.

Nice to Have
