About the Role

What You'll Do

• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Establish measurable objectives to assess product success and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Manage trade-offs between feature requests and business needs to prioritize effectively.
• Translate product requirements into user stories and actionable tasks for the development team.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry developments to inform product strategy.
• Document decisions and user research findings to maintain clarity and direction.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of product management experience with SaaS products.
• Experience in sales, customer success, UX research, or engineering is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-driven with consistent follow-through on tasks and projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration.
• Ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in a small team or high-growth organization.
