As a key player in our mission to assist individuals with disabilities and victims of misconduct, you will own acquisition across SEM and paid social channels. What You'll Do

• Own acquisition strategies across SEM and paid social channels.
• Manage scaled channels and develop new ones to enhance our outreach.
• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Data teams to align marketing efforts.
• Evaluate channel performance and conduct thorough analysis to drive improvements.
• Define new channel testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Manage media buyer agencies and contractors to ensure effective execution.
• Lead market research initiatives to inform channel strategies.
• Shape acquisition strategy in a fast-growing startup environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience in agencies or in-house teams.
• Proven experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid digital channels.
• Strong track record of improving paid media campaigns and driving results.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills to assess performance metrics.
• Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Commitment to helping people and a passion for social impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the legal or public interest sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
