Quality Assurance Engineer - Electronic Engineering (Remote Flexibility)

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in the field of Electronic Engineering. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic products.

What You'll Do

• Review and maintain Equipment Quality planning documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Electronic Engineering BMS procedures.
• Manage Product Non-Conformance and facilitate the implementation of the Non-conformance process.
• Support design and manufacturing defect investigations, providing data analysis and summary reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate Quality risks to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in engineering process improvements and facilitate local audits.
• Plan and conduct quality-focused training to improve awareness and competencies.

Requirements

• Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in Quality Assurance within Electronic Engineering.
• Familiarity with QA problem-solving methods such as 8D, RCA, and DMAIC.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SAP QM systems.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to deliver enhancements independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a defense-related environment.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management.
• Certifications in Quality Assurance methodologies.
