About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and User Experience Specialist to join our innovative team at Kulu. As a Quality Assurance and User Experience Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our AI products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with real-world user behavior.

What You'll Do

• Conduct manual and exploratory QA testing to identify potential issues and enhance user experience.
• Test core user flows, edge cases, and long-running usage patterns to ensure product reliability.
• Perform regression and release testing to validate new features before they go live.
• Document issues clearly, providing reproduction steps and supporting evidence for effective resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of identified issues.
• Maintain high standards for product clarity and AI behavior, flagging UX issues that may confuse users.
• Identify capability gaps in the product and document findings for product leadership review.

Requirements

• Proactive and highly motivated working style.

• Strong attention to detail and patience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
• Curiosity and a desire to explore product weaknesses realistically.

Nice to Have

• Experience in QA or product testing.
• Familiarity with SaaS or AI-powered products.
• Technical literacy, although coding is not required.
