Our client, a leading independent wholesale insurance provider established in 1994, specializes in high-risk, specialty P&C insurance across the excess and surplus marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent agencies to drive sales and growth in the Property & Casualty sector.
• Utilize your knowledge of commercial P&C insurance, including Property, General Liability, Umbrella, and Excess, to provide exceptional service to clients.
• Conduct regional travel to meet with agencies, fostering collaboration and understanding of their needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your skills and career development.
• Work closely with a flat leadership structure that encourages quick decision-making and personal growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, with a preference for commercial lines.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent analytical thinking and follow-through capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet with independent agencies.
• Must reside in Alabama for this remote position.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-risk specialty insurance.
• Familiarity with various lines of insurance including Professional Liability and Personal Lines.
