After Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an After Sales Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will thrive as you proactively manage software licensing and service business, reminding clients of expiring contracts and assisting with licensing inquiries and renewals. This After Sales Manager remote position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Proactively manage software licensing and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Handle the processing of offers and orders related to licenses and services.
• Provide evaluations and reports on expiring license and service contracts for our key manufacturers.
• Act as a liaison between account management and manufacturers, coordinating necessary processes.
• Support pre-sales activities for defined key manufacturers and participate in annual reviews and adjustments of the manufacturer portfolio.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Navision, and manufacturer portals; familiar with internal processes.
• Team player with a strong service orientation and self-motivation for continuous knowledge building.
• Enthusiasm for focus topics (including market observation) and interest in new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the tech or software industry.
• Knowledge of licensing agreements and compliance processes.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
