Project Manager - Digital Transformation (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team remotely and play a key role in driving digital transformation within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for improving and digitizing crucial business processes, ensuring that your work has a visible impact on the business. You will oversee challenging application implementations and collaborate with various international stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute complex application implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead kick-off meetings with the Managing Director and establish initial project timelines.
• Organize kick-off sessions for the key user team to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
• Identify potential issues and bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle and proactively address them.
• Manage project content and collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect to drive project success.
• Facilitate digital transformation initiatives within the organization, leveraging tools like Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on project deployment.
• Experience rolling out transactional systems, particularly ERP systems such as Dynamics 365.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, cutover plans, and leading project meetings.
• Experience working in an international context or with international teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Azure cloud services.
• Understanding of business processes and their connection to IT.

Nice to Have

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of AI and automation trends in business processes.
