Project Manager - Continuous Improvement Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Orifarm, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing and logistics. This Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end improvement projects in manufacturing and logistics.
• Identify improvement opportunities, define project scope, stakeholders, and resources.
• Manage project timelines, budget, and deliverables effectively.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Business Cases and Project Briefs.
• Drive improvements in cost, quality, efficiency, and lead times using LEAN principles.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across various stakeholders.
• Utilize data and KPIs to monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Support validation activities as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and performance improvement.
• Understanding of production and logistics processes; GxP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Structured, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
