About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Leader Architect to join our team in urban and neighborhood development. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while working remotely. As a Project Leader Architect, you will be responsible for coordinating urban planning services and ensuring project goals are met.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the project management of urban and neighborhood development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Manage funding and financial oversight for projects, particularly in urban development.
  • Advise private clients on construction projects in funding areas to achieve renovation goals.
  • Oversee public relations related to projects, including community participation processes.
  • Manage construction projects within the framework of municipal construction initiatives.
  • Support competitive and procurement processes.
  • Utilize your architectural expertise to guide project direction and decisions.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in architecture with several years of experience in project management.
  • Membership in the Bavarian Chamber of Architects is advantageous.
  • Strong experience in managing private client projects.
  • Methodical skills in community participation processes.
  • Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, building law, and the structure of the German urban development landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with assertiveness.
  • Understanding of process flows in municipal administrations.
  • Ability to balance work, family, and leisure effectively.

  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
