Production Supervisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor remote to join Gousto, the UK's fastest-growing recipe box company. As a Production Supervisor remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their meals on time, every time.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire your team, ensuring effective communication and a positive culture.
• Champion safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with safe working practices.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining food safety standards and overseeing equipment checks.
• Hit key performance targets, utilizing data to identify improvements and support your team.
• Own stock flow, managing all stock movements accurately within our Warehouse Management System.

Requirements

• Experience in managing large teams in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing operations.
• Excellent people leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Brilliant communication skills to engage teams and deliver clear, motivating briefs.
• Experience with KPI and performance management.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with systems, data, or dashboards.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
