Product Owner - Donor Portal (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner for our Donor Portal to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our B2B SaaS platform, focusing on user experience and product strategy. What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to inform product decisions and improve user engagement.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the product experience.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the non-profit sector or working with donor management systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
