About the Role

Westman Atelier is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Marketing Intern to join our New York-based team. This Product Marketing Intern - Remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, luxury beauty brand while working closely with industry professionals. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing and support day-to-day Product and Trade Marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market research and monitor trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling in-store and digital experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Assist in product launches and channel-specific activations to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain the Master Calendar and Product Item Master to keep track of all marketing activities.
  • Help in the creation of launch toolkits that provide essential information for product launches.
  • Provide operational support including shipments and product send-outs, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Work within tools to pull competitive brand data and analyze market positioning.
  • Track timelines and gather assets for product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in beauty or brand marketing is a bonus.
  • Prior internship experience in product marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Strong passion and knowledge of the beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
