Product Manager - Trust & Safety (Remote)

About the Role

In this role, you will define and own the product roadmap for our Admin Panel and Moderation tools, focusing on enhancing efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across all moderation workflows.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and Moderation tools.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class tooling for moderation.
• Work closely with Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, and Trust & Safety teams to ensure alignment with global regulations.
• Design and deliver moderator-facing solutions that balance platform safety and regulatory compliance.
• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor moderation accuracy and continuously iterate on tooling improvements.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Business Analysis teams to deliver scalable features that empower internal teams.
• Stay ahead of evolving risks, industry standards, and moderation technologies.
• Act as the voice of moderators and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are translated into effective product solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Content moderation, Trust & Safety, or related domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to use data to identify risks and optimize workflows.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Moderation, Legal, Compliance, Data, and Engineering.
• Curiosity and adaptability to quickly understand regulatory frameworks and evolving safety challenges.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex moderation concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-assisted workflows.
• Knowledge of GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification regulations.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to inspire teams.
