Product Manager - Logistics Solutions for eCommerce

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Easyship. As a leading multi-carrier shipping software provider, we are on a mission to simplify global eCommerce logistics. This Product Manager remote position is crucial for shaping our product roadmap and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Define and shape the product roadmap for Easyship’s warehouse software, managing priorities from discovery to release.
• Support roadmaps that maximize business opportunities and align with Easyship’s strategic goals.
• Leverage ROI assessment methodologies to prioritize your roadmap effectively.
• Manage the delivery of features from concept to release, measuring their success post-launch.
• Collaborate with global teams across design, data analytics, engineering, logistics, and warehouse operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Gain a deep understanding of our warehouse operations to improve efficiency and support profitability outcomes.
• Stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities to help maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a supply chain/logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and shipping logistics.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a data-first approach.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize opportunities with clear rationale.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, resilient, and self-motivated, thriving in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of global shipping regulations.
