Product Manager - Growth (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - Growth (Remote) to join our team at Samsara. As a leader in the Connected Operations™ Cloud, Samsara empowers organizations to leverage IoT data for actionable insights. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through innovative product solutions that enhance customer acquisition and retention.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and execution for growth products that enhance Samsara's revenue engine.
• Build and scale lead-generating products, including Direct Mail and referral loops.
• Enhance our lead management platform to improve data quality and conversion rates.
• Apply AI and LLMs to improve GTM workflows, such as lead scoring and content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
• Define and track success metrics to measure impact and guide product prioritization.
• Integrate experimentation and data-driven decision-making into the product development process.
• Champion Samsara's cultural principles and promote a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or growth roles.
• Proven ability to take products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics and experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating product strategy to diverse audiences.
• Comfort operating hands-on in rapidly evolving problem spaces.
• Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with lead management systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with B2B growth product management.
• Hands-on experience running experiments to optimize product outcomes.
• Experience with AI-powered product features and tools.
• MBA or Master's degree in a technical or business field.
