Product Manager - Driving Innovation in Aviation (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Airbus. This remote Product Manager position offers the opportunity to drive innovation in the aviation industry while collaborating with diverse teams across the globe. You will play a pivotal role in managing product lines and leading key projects, ensuring the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Own the overall business performance of your product lines, driving sales revenue and achieving margin targets.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with external OEM business partners to ensure long-term partnership success.
• Orchestrate internal collaboration across supply chain and commercial teams for assigned product lines.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create high-impact presentations and business cases for internal and external reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years of B2B experience in a similar role (Sales, Product/Program Management, or Supply Chain).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically within a global organization.
• Expertise in building professional, visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
• Experience in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across different functions.
• Proficient with BI tools and advanced use of presenting insights and data.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Financial literacy and comfort in leading forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build successful relationships across functions.
