Product Manager - Digital Product Strategy (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital product strategy and development for our innovative organization. What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our digital products.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and track product success metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record in data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
