Product Lead - ID Verification (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Lead - ID Verification (Remote) to join our innovative team at Jumio. In this role, you will define and drive the product requirements and strategy for Jumio’s ID Verification product line, ensuring alignment with our overall company strategy and customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy for next-generation identity standards, focusing on the adoption and integration of Digital IDs.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for government-issued ID verification from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to translate strategic goals into a deliverable roadmap.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and in front of customers, establishing thought leadership.

Requirements

• Multiple years of senior product management experience within the Identity Verification (IDV) space.
• Experience leading Product teams with a proven track record of people leadership and team development.
• Understanding of the government-issued ID landscape and experience with Digital IDs is an advantage.
• Proven ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or a similar framework.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Ability to work in an international context.
