What You'll Do

• Participate in and shape every part of the product development process.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to create user experiences that resonate with our users.
• Develop and maintain the design system and brand assets to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences to facilitate understanding and implementation.
• Iterate on and improve design standards, tooling, and processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design roles, demonstrating a strong background in user-centered design.
• An obsession with understanding and serving users, ensuring their needs are met through thoughtful design.
• Demonstrated first principle thinking and mastery of design principles.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with a bias to action, driving projects forward effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
