Manager, Accounting Controls - Remote

Join Remote as a Manager, Accounting Controls, and help shape the future of global employment. What You'll Do

• Supervise the Month/Quarterly/Yearly End Close for assigned entities.
• Manage accounting records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and inter-company accounting.
• Lead a team of Accountants/Senior Accountants to achieve departmental goals.
• Liaise with finance outsourcing partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Reporting team and other departments to enhance financial efficiency.
• Support the development of efficient finance functions and maintain accounting policies.
• Ensure effective financial and internal controls are in place.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven post-qualified accounting experience (5+ years preferred).
• Experience managing a team of accountants in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with core finance systems (SAP or similar is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Financial planning and analysis experience with large data sets.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with an outsourced finance team is a plus.
