Product Design Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Manager - Remote to lead our design team in creating exceptional user experiences for our B2B SaaS products. As a Product Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Oversee the entire design process, from user research and prototyping to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
• Drive the vision for user-centered design across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in managing design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into design solutions.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile design.
• Portfolio showcasing your design work and leadership experience.
