Lead Product Designer – Content Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Fueled. This remote position allows you to tackle complex product challenges and guide them toward clear, high-value solutions. As a Lead Product Designer, you will work closely with teammates and clients, shaping experiences that ship, scale, and leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for marketing, editorial, and information-rich web and mobile experiences, often within CMS-driven environments.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable patterns, ensuring scalability, consistency, polish, and long-term quality across projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-discipline teams, providing design leadership that aligns product, engineering, and strategy toward cohesive solutions.
• Lead workshops and presentations as a primary design partner to clients, building trust and credibility through clear storytelling and strategic communication.
• Use motion and interaction design strategically to elevate design, enhancing clarity and guiding user attention.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and explore complex challenges with curiosity.
• Strong storytelling and strategy skills, articulating design decisions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Advocate for collaboration, guiding cross-functional teams through thoughtful communication.
• Attention to detail and pride in design quality, visual craft, interaction, and motion.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS platforms and design systems.
• Familiarity with motion design tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
