Head of Business Performance - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
As the Head of Business Performance at Form3, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping executive governance and driving company-wide performance. This is a unique opportunity to lead a fully remote team while embedding a robust performance and governance framework that connects strategy, financial planning, and execution. You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, delivering concise, insight-led reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead executive action tracking through E-Team forums, ensuring clear accountability and disciplined follow-through on priorities.
- Strengthen executive decision-making and board reporting cycles, ensuring alignment between board objectives and operational delivery.
- Design and manage OKRs and KPIs, ensuring line-of-sight from strategic objectives to team-level outcomes.
- Prepare and present executive and board-level performance updates to senior leadership.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and lead robust programme governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, and executive escalation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business performance management, strategic planning, consulting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide performance management frameworks, particularly in OKR- and KPI-led environments.
- Experience establishing and running executive operating cadence, including E-Team forums and performance reviews.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership teams.
- Exceptional project and programme management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have
- Experience within a high-growth or scaling technology business.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, budgeting processes, and commercial performance analysis.
- Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or executive teams in a Chief of Staff or similar capacity.
