About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal UX Researcher - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead user experience research initiatives that drive product development and enhance user satisfaction. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading research teams is a plus.
