About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal UX Researcher - Remote to join our dynamic team.   • Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user needs in product discussions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading research teams is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2C product environments.
  • Knowledge of privacy standards and ethical research practices.
  • Familiarity with survey programming and analytics tools.
