About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead design strategy across various business units to enhance user experience.
- Set the vision for our overall user experience and build new products while iterating on existing ones.
- Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and more.
- Drive improvements to the product development process with cross-functional partners.
- Mentor and lead the work of other designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- A minimum of 2 years at a venture-funded, private startup.
- Experience influencing the work of others through direct management or indirect leadership.
- Proven ability to work in a high-velocity, experiment-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching 0-1 products, demonstrating your ability to innovate.
- A track record of raising the bar for design practices in your previous roles.
